Ingredients. 

  • 2 tbsp – Just About Foods Chia Seeds 
  • ½ cup – Just About Foods Oat Flour 
  • 2 pieces – banana 
  • 2 cups – vegetable milk (or any milk of your preference) 
  • 2 cups – frozen blueberries 

Instructions. 

  1. Simply add all the ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth and combined. 
  2. Garnish with your favorite toppings and enjoy !
