Ingredients.

For the biscuits.

  • 122g – Just About Foods All Purpose Flour
  • 18g – Just About Foods Tapioca Starch
  • ½ tbsp – baking powder
  • ¼ tsp – baking soda
  • ¼ tsp – salt
  • 4g – granulated sugar
  • 65g – butter (cold & cut into cubes)
  • ½ cup – milk or buttermilk
  • 10g – melted butter

For the breakfast.

  • 4 pieces – eggs
  • 8 pieces – bacon
  • as wished – chopped chives
  • as wished – mayonnaise

Instructions.

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, place Flour, Starch, baking powder, baking soda salt and sugar; whisk to combine.
  3. Add the cold and diced butter, mix to combine with a firm spatula.
  4. Add milk and mix until just combined and a sticky dough is formed.
  5. Scoop even portions onto the baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
  6. Press gently to flatten the tops and brush lightly with melted butter.
  7. Bake for about 20 minutes or until lightly golden brown. While the biscuits are baking, cook the eggs scrambled or as wished, fry the bacon and chop some chives.
  8. Remove from the oven and serve along the scrambled eggs, mayo, bacon and chives.
  9. Enjoy !
