Ingredients.
- 30g – Just About Foods Honey Powder
- 2 cups – milk (any of your choice)
- 2 large pieces – ripe banana (frozen if wished)
- 2 small pieces – carrot (chopped)
- 3-5 pieces – ice
- ½ tsp – ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp – vanilla extract
- a pinch – nutmeg
- extra* – shredded carrot, cinnamon and chopped walnuts
Instructions.
- Place all ingredients, except for the toppings, in a blender and process until an homogeneous smoothie is formed.
- Serve in your desired glasses and garnish with shredded carrots, chopped walnuts and a pinch of ground cinnamon.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
