Ingredients.

  • 30g – Just About Foods Honey Powder
  • 2 cups – milk (any of your choice)
  • 2 large pieces – ripe banana (frozen if wished)
  • 2 small pieces – carrot (chopped)
  • 3-5 pieces – ice
  • ½ tsp – ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp – vanilla extract
  • a pinch – nutmeg
  • extra* – shredded carrot, cinnamon and chopped walnuts

Instructions.

  1. Place all ingredients, except for the toppings, in a blender and process until an homogeneous smoothie is formed.
  2. Serve in your desired glasses and garnish with shredded carrots, chopped walnuts and a pinch of ground cinnamon.
  3. Serve immediately and enjoy!
