Chocolate Chip Cookies Gluten Free

Servings per recipe:  18 servings 

INGREDIETNS:

  • Two sticks salted butter 
  • 1 ½ cups of sugar 
  • Tablespoon molasses 
  • Two eggs 
  • Tablespoon vanilla extract 
  • Two teaspoons salt 
  • Teaspoon baking soda 
  • Two-and-a-half cups of Just About Foods Organic All-Purpose Flour 
  • 12-ounce bag chocolate chips 

PREPARATION METHOD:

  1. Melt the butter completely before mixing in the sugar, molasses, eggs and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Mix in the baking soda and two cups of the Organic All-Purpose Flour. Add more flour until dough appears wet but is not sticky.
  3. Refrigerate dough for at least 30 min.
  4. Pre-heat oven to 375 °F. Form the chilled dough into balls the size of golf balls.
  5. Place them on parchment-lined baking sheets.
  6. Place the cookies in the oven to 375 °F then bake the cookies for 15-18 minutes. Enjoy!
