Chocolate Graham Crackers

Ingredients.

  • 245g – Just About Foods Cassava Flour
  • 1 tsp – Just About Foods Xanthan Gum
  • 85g – Just About Foods Coconut Syrup
  • 40g – cocoa powder
  • 70g – brown sugar
  • 50g – granulated sugar
  • ¼ tsp – kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp – baking soda
  • ¼ tsp – baking powder
  • 85g – coconut oil
  • 1 piece – egg
  • ½ tsp – vanilla extract

Instructions.

Preheat the oven to 325°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl place all the ingredients and mix until a stiff dough is formed.

Place the dough in the prepared baking sheets and use a rolling pin to extend the dough evenly in a large rectangle, about 3 mm thick.

Using a knife cut in squares but leave them together as they are, and pierce 3 or 4 times each cookie with a fork.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, depending on your oven, then allow them to cool 5 more minutes in the baking tray.

Separate each one and make smore’s using chocolate and marshmallow by giving them a 15-20 second burst in the microwave.
