Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients: 

  • ¾ cups sugar 
  • ½ cup cocoa powder 
  • ¼ cup Just About Foods Cornstarch 
  • ½ teaspoon salt 
  • 4 cups of milk 
  • 2 tablespoons butter  

Instructions: 

In a medium bowl, whisk sugar, cocoa powder, cornstarch and salt until no lumps are left. 

In a saucepan, combine the mixed dry ingredients with milk and whisk until they are fully combined. Warm the saucepan to medium heat and bring it to a boil stirring constantly until it thickens. Stir for 2 extra minutes and remove from the heat. Add butter and mix until it melts. 

Divide the mixture equally into 6 ramekins and let it set in the fridge for at least 1 hour.  

Sprinkle cocoa powder and enjoy!
