Ingredients.
- 90g – Just About Foods Oat Flour
- 40g – JAF’s All Purpose Flour
- 1 piece – egg
- 100g – butter (melted)
- 55g – sugar
- 1 tsp – vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp – baking soda
- a pinch – salt
- 50g – mini chocolate chips
Instructions.
Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, cream together butter, sugar, salt and vanilla until light and fluffy.
Fold in the dry ingredients and mix just until combined.
Make mini dough balls, about ½ tsp each, press onto the baking tray and repeat with the remaining dough.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown on the edges.
Remove from oven and allow to cool for 15 min at least before serving along with your favorite milk.
