Ingredients.
- 2 big pieces – salmon
- 1 cup – Just About Foods Coconut Flour
- 3 tbsp – Just About Foods Coconut Syrup
- 2 tbsp – sriracha Hot Sauce
- 1 tbsp – lemon juice
- 1 tbsp – garlic powder
- 1 tbsp -onion powder
- 2 cups – cooked white rice
- olive oil
- 2 tbsp – paprika
- Salt and pepper
- Sesame seeds (for topping)
Instructions.
- Cook your rice as you would normally do.
- Cut your salmon in medium size cubes, place in a bowl and season with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic and onion powder and your Just About Foods Coconut Flour.
- Toss and mix very well until all your salmon is coated in the dry mixture.
- Take to the airfryer at 190ºC (380ºF) for about 8-10 minutes or until cooked and crispy.
- Mix honey, hot sauce and lemon juice in a small bowl for the dressing.
- Plate your previously cooked rice, your crispy salmon cubes; serve with your spicy honey dressing and finish with a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
