Crispy Salmon bites and Rice

Ingredients.

  • 2 big pieces – salmon
  • 1 cup – Just About Foods Coconut Flour
  • 3 tbsp – Just About Foods Coconut Syrup
  • 2 tbsp – sriracha Hot Sauce
  • 1 tbsp – lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp – garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp -onion powder
  • 2 cups – cooked white rice
  • olive oil
  • 2 tbsp – paprika
  • Salt and pepper
  • Sesame seeds (for topping)

Instructions.

  1. Cook your rice as you would normally do.
  2. Cut your salmon in medium size cubes, place in a bowl and season with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic and onion powder and your Just About Foods Coconut Flour.
  3. Toss and mix very well until all your salmon is coated in the dry mixture.
  4. Take to the airfryer at 190ºC (380ºF) for about 8-10 minutes or until cooked and crispy.
  5. Mix honey, hot sauce and lemon juice in a small bowl for the dressing.
  6. Plate your previously cooked rice, your crispy salmon cubes; serve with your spicy honey dressing and finish with a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
