  • 385g – Just About Foods Peanut Butter
  • 125g – honey
  • 60g – cocoa powder
  • ¾ tsp – baking soda
  • ¾ tsp – baking powder
  • ¼ tsp – salt
  • 300g – peeled and ripe bananas (mashed)
  • 3 pieces – egg
  • 50g – dark chocolate (chopped) (optional)


  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a muffin tin with paper cups.
  2. In a large bowl, place Peanut Butter, bananas, eggs and honey and beat until well combined.
  3. Add cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Mix with a spatula just until combined. 
  4. Divide batter evenly using an ice cream scoop. Sprinkle the optional chopped chocolate on top of each muffin.
  5. Bake for about 20 minutes or until the tops spring back when pressed gently.
  6. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes in the muffin tin.
  7. Remove from mold, serve and enjoy !
