For the batter.

  • 1 cup – Just About Foods Organic All Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup – milk or buttermilk
  • 1 tbsp – onion powder
  • 1 tbsp – garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp – paprika
  • 1 tbsp – salt
  • ½ tsp – pepper

For the cauliflower boneless.

  • 1 head – cauliflower
  • 1 ½ cup – buffalo sauce
  • 1 tbsp – butter
  • as wished – blue cheese dressing
  • 1 piece – carrot
  • 1 piece – celery


  1. For the batter, in a large bowl, place all ingredients and mix until well combined.
  2. Cut with your clean hands the cauliflower in complete medium-small pieces. The toss in the previous batter and coat completely.
  3. Transfer to an air fryer basket and cook for about 30 minutes, moving them around every 10 minutes. 
  4. While those are cooking, cut carrot and celery in long strips, serve a nice amount of dressing in a small container. Also simmer your buffalo sauce with butter until combined and turn off the heat as soon as it starts boiling.
  5. Remove cauliflower from the air fryer and place in the pot with the buffalo sauce, coat every piece generously and then transfer to a serving plate. Place carrot and celery along with the blue cheese dressing.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy !
