  • 1 ¼ cup Just About Foods Gluten Free Pizza Crust with Cauliflower Flour Blend 
  • ½ teaspoon salt  
  • 1 teaspoon sugar 
  • 1 teaspoon instant dry yeast 
  • 6 tablespoons (100ml) milk of your choice 
  • 1 egg 
  • 16 oz frozen French fries, crinkle cut chopped   
  • 3 sausages, cut in half  
  • 3 mozzarella sticks, cut in half 
  • 6 skewers 
  • Your favorite condiments 


In a medium bowl whisk together the Gluten Free Pizza Crust Flour Blend, salt, sugar, and instant dry yeast. Add milk and the egg and mix it until a paste is formed. Let it set for 5 minutes. 

Arrange one-half of a sausage and one of a mozzarella stick on a skewer and repeat for the rest of the mozzarella sticks and sausages.  

Prepare the chopped French fries by spreading them over a wide baking tray or plate. 

Using a rubber spatula, cover the skewers with the dough making sure both the sausage and cheese are perfectly covered with the mixture. Immediately, roll the corn dog over the chopped French fries, pressing to help the fries stay on the skewers. 

Deep fry for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown, let them cool over a cooking tray. 

Add the sauces of your choice and enjoy!
