  • 400 g – Just About Foods Pizza Crust With Cauliflower Flour Blend 
  • 10 g – salt
  • 15 g – sugar
  • 6 g – instant yeast
  • 30 g – olive oil
  • 250 ml – warm water (+ 10-20 ml, if needed)

For the pizza.

  • 150 g – mozzarella cheese
  • 100g – tomato sauce
  • 50 g – fresh arugula or basil
  • 100 g – cherry tomatoes
  • 30 g – black olives
  • as wished – balsamic vinegar & olive oil


  1. In a large bowl, place your Pizza Crust Cauliflower Flour, salt, sugar and instant yeast and mix to combine. 
  2. Add in olive oil and warm water, mix with a spatula or your clean hands until a smooth dough is formed.
  3. Divide into 5 equal portions and roll each piece between two sheets of parchment paper.
  4. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 
  5. Pour one or two spoonfuls of tomato sauce, garnish with mozzarella cheese all over, a few cherry tomatoes cut in half and black olives as well.
  6. Bake at 400ºF for 30-40 minutes, depending on your oven and your desired texture.
  7. Garnish with fresh arugula or basil, a splash of balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
  8. Cut in four small pieces, serve hot and enjoy !
