Ingredients.
- 240g – Just About Foods Pizza Crust Cauliflower Flour
- 150ml – warm water
- 1 tbsp – instant yeast
- 1 tbsp – sugar
- ½ tsp – salt
- 1 tbsp – olive oil
For the pizza toppings.
- 300g – tomato sauce
- 1 package – mushrooms
- 100g – mozzarella cheese (shredded)
Instructions.
- Start by activating the yeast in the warm water and add the sugar in as well, mix and let it ferment for 10 minutes.
- Now, prepare the dough by mixing flour, xanthan gum, salt, olive oil and the activated yeast, knead until a smooth dough forms. Cover with film and let it rest for 20 minutes more.
- Preheat the oven to 400° and prepare a round pizza baking dish.
- Once the dough is rested, roll out to a circle that covers your baking dish.
- Spread the tomato sauce all over and the shredded cheese.
- Cut mushrooms in half lengthways, make two holes using a straw for the “eyes” of the skull and cut lines in the stem to make the “teeth”. Place all over the pizza surface and bake for 30-40 minutes, depending on your oven.
- Cut in 8 equal portions, serve immediately and enjoy!
