Mushroom & spinach crepes

For the dough

  1. 120 g  – Just About Foods Chickpea Flour  
  2. 1 cup – water 
  3. 1 tsp – garlic powder 
  4. 3 tbsp – olive oil 
  5. A pinch – salt 

For the crepes

  1. 100 g – sliced ham (any of your preference) 
  2. 1 cup – mozzarella cheese (or any of your preference) 
  3. 150 g – sliced mushrooms 
  4. 2 cups – spinach 
  5. salt and pepper 
  6. Extra* – any creamy dip or sauce of your choice 


  1. In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients for the batter (flour,water, olive oil, garlic powder and salt). 
  2. Heat a large and extended saucepan and add in a quarter of the batter, making sure to distribute thin and evenly all over the pan.  
  3. Cook for about 1-2 minutes on each side. Reserve. 
  4. In the same saucepan with a little oil or butter, saute your mushrooms and spinach until cooked. Now, move on to assembling your crepes.
  5. Fill each with ham, cheese and your mushroom and spinach mixture.
  6. Dip in your favorite sauce & enjoy !
