Ingredients.
- 50g – Just About Foods Honey Powder
- 200g – cream cheese
- ¼ tsp – kosher salt
- 15g – cocoa powder
- 600ml – heavy whipping cream
- 180g – semisweet chocolate (melted)
- 225g – gluten free graham crackers (crushed)
- 90g – unsalted butter (melted)
- 30g – semisweet chocolate (melted for garnishing)
Instructions.
- In a large bowl mix the crushed cookies and melted butter until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of 9 inch springform or deep dish and freeze for 10 minutes.
- In a large bowl place cream cheese, butter, salt and whip until light and fluffy; add in the melted chocolate and mix slowly until well combined.
- In another large bowl, whisk the whipping cream until soft peaks form, add Just About Food’s Honey Powder and cocoa powder, continue to beat until well combined.
- Now pour the whipped cream, in 2 or 3 parts, onto the cream cheese mixture and beat gently until a homogenous mixture is formed.
- Remove crust from freezer and pour the cheesecake mixture.
- Pour the remaining melted chocolate and using a knife make a marble effect swirling all around the surface.
- Place in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
- Serve and enjoy!
