Nutritional Information per Cracker:
- ¾ cups grated parmesan cheese
- 1 ¼ cups sesame flour
- ½ cup sesame seeds
- ⅓ cup sour cream
- 1 egg
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ garlic powder
- Flaky salt
- Extra parmesan to sprinkle
Preheat the oven to 340°F and line two cookie sheets with parchment paper.
Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix with a spatula until a dough is formed.
Roll out the dough in parchment paper and cut it into 64 squares using a knife or a pizza cutter.
Arrange the squares in the lined cookie sheets. Then, make holes in the crackers with a toothpick and sprinkle with flaky salt and extra parmesan. Bake for 15-20 minutes until slightly brown on the edges.
Remove from the oven and let the crackers cool in a rack.
