Peanut Butter & Banana Churro Waffle Pops

Ingredients

1 cup – Just About Foods Gluten Free Flour
¼ cup – Just About Foods Peanut Butter
1 cup – water
½ cup – butter
1 tbsp – sugar
1 piece – egg
1 tsp – vanilla extract
1 piece – banana
*For decoration – sugar and cinnamon, and nutella for dipping
*Extra – mini waffle maker & popsicle sticks

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, add water, butter, sugar, vanilla and boil on medium high.
  2. Turn off the heat and add your Just About Foods Gluten Free Flour, mix until a dough is
    formed.
  3. Transfer to a bowl and let it cool down for a few minutes; then, add in the egg and mix until
    combined.
  4. Put the dough inside a piping bag and cut the tip.
  5. Lightly grease your waffle maker and squeeze about 1 tablespoon of dough in each mold,
    add a slice of banana, a spoon of Just About Foods Peanut Butter, and a final squeeze of
    churro dough to cover everything up.
  6. Close de lid and wait for the waffles to cook.
  7. Optional: you can insert a popsicle stick in each mini waffle.
  8. Coat with a mix of sugar and cinnamon, dip in your favorite spread, enjoy!
