Peanut Butter & Jelly Bagel

Ingredients.

  • 1 ½ cups – Just About Foods All Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup – greek yogurt unsweetened
  • 2 tsp – baking powder
  • 2 tsp – vinegar 
  • 1 tsp – salt
  • as needed – everything bagel seasoning
  • as wished – Just About Foods Peanut Butter
  • as wished – any jam of your preference

Instructions.

  1. Preheat your oven to 350ºF.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients until a thick and sticky dough is formed.
  3. Portion into 4 balls, coat the upper side in everything bagel mix, then transfer to a lined baking tray and make a hole in the middle. 
  4. Bake for about 35-55 min, depending on your oven and your desired color.
  5. Let them cool for about 10 minutes.
  6. Cut in half, spread a nice amount of peanut butter and jam. Enjoy !
