Ingredients.
- 1 ½ cups – Just About Foods All Purpose Flour
- 1 cup – greek yogurt unsweetened
- 2 tsp – baking powder
- 2 tsp – vinegar
- 1 tsp – salt
- as needed – everything bagel seasoning
- as wished – Just About Foods Peanut Butter
- as wished – any jam of your preference
Instructions.
- Preheat your oven to 350ºF.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients until a thick and sticky dough is formed.
- Portion into 4 balls, coat the upper side in everything bagel mix, then transfer to a lined baking tray and make a hole in the middle.
- Bake for about 35-55 min, depending on your oven and your desired color.
- Let them cool for about 10 minutes.
- Cut in half, spread a nice amount of peanut butter and jam. Enjoy !
