- 200g – fresh raspberries
- 75g – Just About Foods Peanut Butter
- 100g – semisweet chocolate
- In a tray lined with parchment paper, smash the raspberries, one by one, with a fork.
- Top with a tsp of peanut butter and freeze for 2 hours
- Melt some chocolate in a cup and dip each raspberry.
- Freeze for another 15 minutes and enjoy!
