1.- Return Policy
At Just About Foods we strive to give top quality products that perfectly meet our customers´ needs. In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with any of our products, please contact customer service at customer.service@justaboutfoods.com with your receipt/order number and complaint within 30 days of your purchase. Be prepared to provide us with the lot number and best by date of the product if there is a quality issue.
At Just About Foods, the expired date is extremely important, we do not sell any product expired or closed to expire, in case you purchased a product closed to its expiration (1 month) please contact us with your receipt/ order number. If the product was purchased out of Justaboutfoods.com we cannot accept the return or provide another item.
We handle replacement products on a case by case basis. Please note that replacement is considered upon your individual situation by our customer service department.
2.- In-store Returns
In case you have an issue wih our product purchased in a retail partner location, please return your product directly to the store where it was purchased at.
However, we love to read feedbacks, this is an opportunity for us to improve our products and customer experience.
