Salmon Crispy Rice Waffles

  • 40g – Just About Foods Peanut Crumbs
  • 2 cups – cooked white rice
  • 1 tbsp – sugar
  • 1 tbsp – vinegar
  • 150g – cooked salmon
  • 1 piece – avocado
  • as wished – sesame seeds
  • 3 tbsp – mayo
  • 2 tbsp – sriracha
  • 2 tbsp – soy sauce


  1. In a large bowl, mix cooked white rice with Peanut Crumbs, sugar and vinegar. 
  2. Spray a little oil to a waffle maker and place a generous amount of rice, press and wait for the rice waffle to be firm and crispy.
  3. In a medium bowl, place shredded cooked salmon, mayo, sriracha and soy sauce. Mix until combined.
  4. Once your rice waffle is done, assemble along with a portion of your spicy salmon mixture, slices of avocado on top, and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy !
