Ingredients

  1. 2 tbsp – Just About Foods Tapioca Flour 
  2. 3 large pieces – potato
  3. 1 piece – egg
  4. 1 tsp – garlic powder
  5. 1 tsp – salt
  6. 1 tsp – paprika

For the ranch dip

  1. ¾ cup – greek yogurt (without sugar)
  2. ¾ cup – mayonnaise
  3. ½ tsp – garlic powder
  4. ½ tsp onion powder
  5. ½ tsp – fresh parsley (chopped)
  6. 1 tsp – dill
  7. 1 tsp – chives (chopped)
  8. ½ tsp – salt
  9. ½ tsp – pepper
  10. 1 tbsp – apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes for 8 minutes, then grate.
  2. Add in the egg, Tapioca Flour, salt, garlic powder and paprika; mix.
  3. In a lined sheet, form the hash browns and freeze for 30 minutes.
  4. In a deep saucepan, fry the hash browns until golden.
  5. Rest in a plate lined with paper towels to drain the excess oil.
  6. To make your ranch dip, simply mix all the ingredients. Serve hot and enjoy!
