Ingredients.
- 2 cups – Just About Foods Coconut Crumbs
- 1 large head – red cauliflower
- ¾ cup – JAF’s All Purpose Flour
- 3 tbsp – JAF’s Corn Starch
- ¾ cup – any milk of choice
- ½ tsp – ground black pepper
- ½ tsp – salt
- ½ tsp – garlic powder
- 2 cups – teriyaki sauce (store bought or homemade)
- 1 bunch – scallions (finely chopped)
- if wished – sesame seeds
- if wished – blue cheese dressing or similar
Instructions.
Preheat the oven to 450°F and line or grease a baking tray, reserve.
Rinse and cut the cauliflower into small florets and reserve; also place JAF’s Crumbs into a medium shallow bowl.
Prepare the batter by whisking together in a large bowl JAF’s Flour, Corn Starch, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and milk until there are no lumps.
Toss the cauliflower florets into the batter then transfer to the Crumbs and make sure they are evenly coated. Transfer to the prepared baking sheet and bake for about 25 minutes.
Place the teriyaki sauce in a shallow bowl and toss the baked florets in it, then transfer back to the baking tray and bake for another 5-10 minutes.
Remove from the oven, sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped scallions.
