Beef Broth Gravy

- 300 ml of low sodium canned beef broth
- 3 tbsp chickpea flour
1. In a medium saucepan heat the beef broth until it starts bubbling.
2. Add 3 tbsp of chickpea flour to thicken to a gravy consistency and whisk immediately to combine.
3. If you feel like you need more water to cut down the intensity of the canned broth add 1 tbsp of chickpea flour for every 100 ml of water.
