Cauliflower Flour Pancakes

INGREDIENTS
- 60g of Cauliflower Flour
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 tsp butter or ghee
- cup sour cream
- 4 tsp parmesan cheese
- 4 tsp mozzarella cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Hydrate the cauliflower flour in milk for about 5 minutes.
2. In a small saucepan melt the butter, add the hydrated cauliflower flour with the rest of the ingredients. Mix with a wooden spoon on medium heat until achieving the desired consistency.
3. Add salt, pepper and desired spices to taste.
4. Optional: Add crunchy bacon bits or chives to decorate.
