Cauliflower Flour Pizza Crust

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Just About Foods Cauliflower Flour
- 1/2 cup of Just About Foods Banana Flour
- 1 tbsp of oregano
- 1 cup of hot water
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of garlic powder
Procedure:
Preheat oven to 350 °F degrees. Hydrate the cauliflower and banana flour with hot water and stir until completly absorbed. Mix in the egg, mozzarella cheese, oregano, salt and garlic powder. Mold until getting a smooth and thick batter. Line a large baking sheet with parchement paper and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Flatten the dough into a round shape and bake for 15 minutes. Let cool and spoon sauce, cheese, and desired toppings, last bake for 20 minutes and enjoy your pizza.
