- 60 g of cauliflower flour
- 1 ½ cups of water
- Cup of extra virgin olive oil
- Cup of tahini
- 1 peeled clove of garlic
- Juice of two lemons
- ½ tsp sea salt
1. Hydrate cauliflower flour in water and add tahini, olive oil, sea salt, and garlic to a food processor.
2. Process until the mixture reaches hummus consistency.
