Chickpea flour Pizza Crust

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3/8 cup Chickpea flour
  • 3/8 cup Cauliflower flour
  • 40 ml Water
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 35 gr Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon Basil seasoning

 

PREPARATION METHOD:

Preheat oven to 350 F degrees. Hydrate the cauliflower and chickpea flour with hot water and stir until completely absorbed. Mix in the eggs, mozzarella cheese, basil seasoning, salt and garlic powder. Mould until getting a smooth and thick batter. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Flatten the dough into a round shape add sauce, cheese, and desired toppings. Bake for 20 minutes.
