INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup Just About Foods´ All Purpose Flour
  • 3/4 cup Monk fruit
  • 6 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 Eggs  pieces
  • 2 tablespoons Almond milk
  • 1 1/7 cups of Chocolate

PREPARTION METHOD:

Mix the dry ingredients except the chocolate Mix the liquid ingredients and beat on low speed Slowly add the solid ingredients to the liquid mixture Slightly heat the chocolate until it melts Add the chocolate to the rest of the mixture Beat until its correct incorporation Pour the dough into a previously greased mold Bake for 20 min at 175 ° C Let cool in the mold for 15 minutes Unmold and let cool to room temperature
