Green Banana Bread

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup banana flour
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 3 very ripe bananas, mashed
  • 2/3 cup of melted ghee or butter
  • ½ cup of chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 tbsp of vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
  • ½ tsp of salt


INSTRUCTIONS


Preheat oven to 325F degrees. In a bowl, combine the mashed bananas, milk, sugar, ghee, salt, vanilla and eggs. Once combined, add the yeast and cinnamon, then add the banana flour Little by Little and mix thoroughly until you get a smooth and thick better. Finally, stir in the chopped walnuts and let the mixture sit for an hour before baking. Pour the batter into a prepared baking dish and bake for about an hour, you can verify with a toothpick when it is ready. Allow to cool before slicing.
