- 1 cup chickpea flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 1/2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
Topping ideas (optional):
- 1 tbsp za'atar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 10 chopped black olives
- Sliced tomatoes
1. Whisk the chickpea flour, water oil, and salt in a medium bowl until smooth, let rest for 15 minutes
2. Spray a frying pan with nonstick spray and pour the smooth chickpea batter onto it. Cover with a glass lid and flip over after approximately four minutes. Flip again and cover for an additional four minutes.
1. Mix topping ingredients except for sliced tomatoes and arugula and spread on socca. Add sliced tomatoes and arugula on top.
