Roasted Red Pepper Dip

INGREDIENTS
- 1 jar of roasted red peppers
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ½ cup extruded chickpea flour
- Juice of one lemon
- 1 peeled clove of garlic
- 1 tsp pomegranate molasses
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp sea salt
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Combine ingredients in a food processor and mix until desired consistency is achieved.
Top with chopped walnuts, parsley leaves, and feta cheese.
