Ingredients.
- 180g – Just About Foods Oat Flour
- 125g – old fashioned rolled oats
- ½ tsp – baking soda
- ¼ tsp – kosher salt
- 70g – virgin coconut oil (melted)
- 105g – honey
- 122g – smooth applesauce at room temperature
- 2 large pieces – eggs
- 3oz – white chocolate chips
- 3oz – craisins
Instructions.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, place oats, Oat Flour, baking soda and salt; whisk to combine well.
- Add the oil, honey, applesauce, eggs and mix to combine well.
- Add chocolate chips and raisins; mix until evenly distributed.
- Scoop your dough into 6-8 equal portions and press a little to flatten it out.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown on the bottom.
- Allow cookies to cool for 10 minutes.
