Ingredients.

  • 180g – Just About Foods Oat Flour
  • 125g – old fashioned rolled oats
  • ½ tsp – baking soda
  • ¼ tsp – kosher salt 
  • 70g – virgin coconut oil (melted)
  • 105g – honey
  • 122g – smooth applesauce at room temperature
  • 2 large pieces – eggs
  • 3oz – white chocolate chips
  • 3oz – craisins

Instructions.

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, place oats, Oat Flour, baking soda and salt; whisk to combine well.
  3. Add the oil, honey, applesauce, eggs and mix to combine well.
  4. Add chocolate chips and raisins; mix until evenly distributed.
  5. Scoop your dough into 6-8 equal portions and press a little to flatten it out.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown on the bottom.
  7. Allow cookies to cool for 10 minutes.
  8. Serve and enjoy !
